Got the same exceptionally comfortable room with the view booked online, really enjoyed that. My room included coffee and tea making facilities, and a refrigerator. Everything met my requirements, I would have stayed for longer.

There were some issues with the amenities, such as empty warm water dispensers and broken electric sockets and cupboards in some rooms.

Spent a lovely Christmas break at a resort with amazing views and great food. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a stunning view of the surrounding mountains. The location was perfect with easy access to the town centre and tourist attractions. The friendly and helpful staff made our stay even more memorable. On top of all of this, the resort had a wonderful spa that we enjoyed using.

The warm water dispenser was often empty in the mornings, which made it difficult to enjoy a cup of tea before breakfast. We also had some issues with the electricity and some of the room amenities were broken.
